At any time the user can request the deletion of their account and all data related to it. To delete the account, the user must send an email to soporte@plex.lat in which they must indicate their name and email as they appear in their account. After receiving the request, the PLEXapps team will proceed to suspend account access and send a notification to the email related to the account informing about the deletion process. A period of 7 days will be given for the user to cancel the process. After these 7 days, the user's PLEX account and all associated data will be deleted, including but not limited to: transactions and payments made, access to PLEX applications, messages, comments, requests, contact information, payment information. Once the account is deleted, it cannot be recovered, nor can the associated data.
